   PROFILE
Julie Perrine CPS/CAP is an administrative professional with over 16 years of experience providing administrative leadership and support to multiple executives and their teams, acting as a liaison between executives and external business partners, developing corporate and office standards and operating procedures, and handling highly sensitive and confidential information in the corporate business environment.

Industry work experience includes Telecommunications, Insurance, Manufacturing, Sales, Medical, Retail, Safety and Security, Information Technology, and Non-Profit Organizations.
   ACCOMPLISHMENTS
  • Planned and coordinated the 2008 Corridor Office Professional Conference (presented by the A.N. Palmer Chapter of IAAP) in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, including event branding development, sponsorship campaign, and office expo
  • Designed, developed and maintained event databases for executive golf events and sales award events in Microsoft Access
  • Led successful sponsorship drive for IAAP (non-profit association) Division Conference and Annual Meeting
  • Organized and coordinated the vendor fair for IAAP Division Conference
  • Created an administrative training manual for the administrative staff (which supported over 400 division employees) including the coordination of quarterly manual updates and quarterly admin staff meetings
  • Designed, developed, launched, and maintained websites for personal and professional use
  • Implemented structured safety procedures and programs to reduce workplace safety incidents and increased employee safety awareness resulting in the best plant safety record in the plant's history
  • Administered the corporate parking program for over 1000 employees
   RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provided executive support including preparation of daily schedules of meetings and priorities
  • Anticipated and prepared agendas, coordinated logistics, and compiled materials for executive/leadership meetings
  • Coordinated travel and major meeting schedules, including executive off-site meeting and outside commitments of executives
  • Acted as a liaison between the President and the Board, Customers, and Strategic Partners
  • Played a key role in preparation and delivery of Board presentations, Board communication, key customer / partner presentations and quarterly releases
  • Worked regularly with the most sensitive and highly confidential strategic, operational, and financial information
  • Managed the development, compliance review process, implementation, and maintenance of marketing forms and materials for life insurance products
  • Led set-up and design of vendor booths and displays
  • Designed, created and maintained departmental newsletters
  • Assisted with project management of new business partner implementations, partner enhancements, new products, and general business projects relating to marketing
